Hi, see you again on Quantum GIS tutorial. I will show you how to reproject raster image on Quantum GIS. It is very easy to reproject image on Quantum GIS. By reprojecting image, we can change the projection of an image. For example, an image which is projected using WGS 84 Longitude/Latitude can be easily reprojected to WGS 84 UTM. 
First open the raster image on Quantum GIS.
Next, go to Raster | Projections | Warp (Reproject)
Select the input file, output file, source and target SRS (projection). You may also specify other options on the window above. Press OK and the reprojection process will begin.
